The Grief Counselor implements the agency's Grief Services. Provides or arranges for grief services to families and friends after the death of Collabria Care patients. Assists in the delivery of grief support services to the community including some individual and group counseling. Acts as a resource for and provides training to staff and volunteers on grief. Provides flexible scheduling to allow for some evening and/or weekend groups or classes.

Required qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field and
Coursework/Training: Grief or Loss Counseling
Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information

1 year of Clinical experience in a health-care setting
