ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an escalation point for IT and business partners, in support of their assigned applications.
Review, analyze, and evaluate TPO Channel requirements to configure solutions that support their business strategies.
Perform day-to-day monitoring to determine the health of assigned applications. Ensure UHM is up-to-date with all necessary upgrades and patches, including the coordination of testing and deployment.
Develop and manage strong partnerships with application providers, including vendor selection, contract/SLA management, operational support, and influence future roadmaps in support of TPO Business needs.
Effectively communicate the priorities of the TPO Channel back to the Third-Party Application Providers.
Work with business stakeholders to ensure all system changes are documented, user training and communication is addressed, and support documentation is updated.
Ensure the proposed solutions work as desired through system testing.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
Serve as System Administrator for the applications unique to TPO, including but not limited to LON.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years of professional experience in application implementation and support
Professional experience working with both business and technical leadership to support their objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of mortgage-origination business and ability to assess current processes to meet business requirements preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED
High level of skill with Microsoft Office applications
Proven history of delivering solutions to meet business needs with third-party software.
Proven ability to write effective data and process documentation (system requirements, business process diagrams and data flow diagrams).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Self-motivated individual, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Any Partner whose home zip code is within a 30-mile radius of the Corporate Campus (8241 Dow Circle West, Strongsville, OH 44136) are required to work from the Corporate Campus a minimum of 4 days per week.
