Job Responsibilities
Partners with stakeholders across intra and interdepartmental teams to develop documentation and analyses.
Facilitates high-level business requirements and scope definition by conducting a wide range of meetings and interviews.
Evaluates, analyzes, and communicates requirements on a continuing basis; tests business processes and recommends improvements.
Authors and updates internal and external documentation; formally initiates and delivers requirements and documentation.
Performs data discovery, analysis and modeling.
Identifies automation opportunities.
Works with project managers and stakeholders to lead and develop documentation, requirements, use cases, test case scenarios and reports.
Responds to questions and concerns with supporting research and documentation.
Coordinates within functional and cross-functional teams to apply expertise in solving problems, growing capabilities and driving initiatives.
Facilitates departmental and IT business continuity and disaster planning, preparation, recovery, and testing.
Provides best practice advice and guidance to management and across the enterprise.
Performs related work as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related major, or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years experience generating process documentation, analysis and reports.
Stellar communication skills, with an ability to translate information into actionable insights.
Proven high level analytical abilities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio.
Highly proficient in technical writing and data visualization.

Unavoidable hazards refer to the job conditions that may lead to injury or health hazards even though precautions have been taken.
The work is typically performed sitting at a desk or table or while intermittently sitting, standing, bending, crouching, or stooping. The employee occasionally lifts light and heavy objects.
