Operations Analyst
The Opportunity:
When a program has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs an operations analyst to learn the business end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an operations analyst who can review every aspect of the program and develop steps to improve the process.
As an operations analyst on our team, you’ll analyze the lifecycle of endpoints in the Booz Allen environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with technical teams and leadership that will help define success and identify gaps. You’ll work on the design of data collection plans, lead cross-team discussions, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using dashboards to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
On our team, you’ll use continuous process improvement to develop recommendations and set expectations for quantitative or qualitative results. This is your chance to gain experience in IT lifecycle management while furthering your process improvement and project management skills.

You Have:
2+ years of experience in business analytics
2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
Experience analyzing large data sets using Microsoft and ServiceNow tools
Experience using dashboards for data visualization
Ability to solve complex problems independently
Bachelor's degree

Experience working in a customer support environment
Experience working with vendors

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
