A day in the Life
Ensure all facilities equipment and utilities are in compliance with regulatory standards and in good working order
Complete assigned work orders, maintain HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and perform building repairs
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations
Recognize deviations from accepted practices and troubleshoot using tools, test equipment, and operating manuals
Apply understanding of cGMPs consistently and generate written records of job duties
Communicate status of work assignments to internal customers and assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures
Promote safe work practices and respond to emergency notifications
Perform additional job duties assigned

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $79,200.00–$106,000.00.
