As a 4th Shift Switcher / Yard Driver working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 6:00PM - 4:30 AM, you’ll get to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center.
Qualification/Basic Job Requirements:
Commercial Driver License (CDL)- Class A is required
Must be in Good Standing with DMV
High School diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of tractor-trailer related experience is REQUIRED
Ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must have a safety mindset and a positive attitude
Job Responsibilities

Ensure seals or locks are placed on all Outbound trailers or on trailers carrying merchandise
Assisting carriers in finding trailers or providing direction
Monitor fluid levels and refill fluids such as Blue Def when required
Lock Cab while not being used
Systemically move trailers to match physical location using an RF Device
Stage trailers in preparation of upcoming switches
Safely conduct all Hot or Cold trailer switches efficiently as possible
Overtime is sometime required in or to complete trailer switched
Flexible Shift work may be required
