Field Marketing Outreach Specialist (Canvassing & Tabling)
New England Smart Energy is seeking an energetic and outgoing Door to Door Canvasser and Brand Ambassador Hybrid Outreach Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in a growing industry and earn $25 - $35 ($55k-$65k) with on-target earnings. Requirements
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Keeping canvassing supervisor updated on individual and team goals
- Interest in energy efficiency and the environment
- Ability to commute to locations such as North Adams, Springfield, or Pittsfield daily for canvassing
- Must be able to work between scheduled hours of 9 am - 7 pm depending on team availability
- Tabling days will be within an hour drive commute of where you live.

- Execute team strategy to build excitement about the Home Energy Assessment process to prospective residents.
- Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge and train the material to employees
- Represent New England Smart Energy and its brand with professionalism and integrity
- Meet and exceed our lead generation goals
- Sometimes commuting team to and from workplaces
- Additional administrative duties as assigned must be able liaison between police departments and New England Smart Energy
Compensation and Benefits (eligible when you work 30 or more hours per week)
