The Associate Director of Admissions and Student Outreach reports to the Director of Admissions and Student Outreach and is responsible for the daily oversight of application and admissions processing, system analysis, Cal State Apply and PeopleSoft operational management, and development and documentation of standard operating procedures for Admissions and Student Outreach staff members. In addition, the Associate Director supports the Director in developing and initiating strategic plans that insure efficient, responsive, and data-informed practices through the implementation of modern and innovative tools that sustain best practices and support the mission of the division and the University.
Position Summary
Associate Director of Admissions (Administrator I)
This is a full time, exempt position in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP). MPP positions serve at the pleasure of the President.

In addition, 14 paid holidays are offered each year; 13 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $6,250 - $6,667 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,938 - $11,703 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
