In this role, you will develop and drive the IDNmarketing strategy for NAM in coordination with internal teams including sales,service, technical, and sales operations. You will also oversee a team thatmanages the marketing support for National Reference Labs and Distribution, aswell as, the portfolio life cycle management to upgrade older systems toAtellica solutions. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a strongleader with excellent communication skills and a determined spirit to make animpact.
Your role:
- You will developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the Laboratory Solutionsportfolio (Core Lab & Specialty) to attract, retain and grow share ofwallet in Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) market segment.
- You will definemarket research needed, create targeted campaigns, collaborate withcross-functional teams, and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreachefforts to IDNs.
- You will defineportfolio strategy, product launch and end of life strategy within the IDNsegment and collaborate with the Marketing Operations teams create innovativecampaigns to support the segment-based value offers and drive the desiredtarget audience buying behaviors. This includes, but is not limited to, definingsegment market size, target market, customer personas, and customerrequirements necessary to meet market demand and adoption.
- You willpartner with Global and North America Marketing, Sales, Scientific &Clinical Affairs and Executive Leadership teams to create relevant customerengagement tools focused on the clinical, operational, and financial value ofthe portfolio.
- You will workclosely with all core laboratory marketing teams to ensure portfolio synergiesand alignment on go to market strategies,
- You will developand deliver expert-level customer presentations on the advantages of theSiemens Healthineers Laboratory Solutions portfolio.
Your expertise:
- MinimumBA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence;MBA or MS preferred.
- 10+years of relevant marketing, sales, or strategy development experience in theLaboratory Diagnostics market required. Experience with Integrated DeliveryNetwork (IDN)strongly preferred.
- 5+years managing direct reports.
- Resultsoriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questionsand/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully completehigh-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail.
- Abilityto effectively lead and influence across stakeholders within a matrixorganization to build consensus, creatively solve problems and achieve businessresults.
- Strongcustomer-facing skills from needs identification to delivering executivebusiness case presentation.
- Abilityto travel (30%), as needed.

The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $210,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base payoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, aswell as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (10%)of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offersa variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay.
