Job Title: Operations Specialist Vault Services
What you will bring:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Deposit Operations function. This position involves coordinating work within the unit or department, collaborating with other departments, and reporting relevant information to the immediate supervisor. If you are someone who enjoys resolving queries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient banking operations, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
Essential Duties:
Process Vault Services, including deposits, orders, and adjustments, for multiple providers
Process Vault Services investigations with clients and providers, and record cases in case management system
Save provider statements
Perform uploads and data entry to clients’ accounts
Provide customer service and resolve queries over the telephone and email
Maintain filing systems per record retention regulations
Process and verify wire transfers
Open and verify CD accounts
Assist with monthly account analysis processing
Ensure procedures are up to date and reviewed at least annually
Non-Essential Duties:
Perform other related duties in support of the Bank's objectives, policies, and procedures, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and cybersecurity compliance.
Willingly learn other duties within the department to provide backup when necessary for coverage purposes.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in bank operations or related positions required.
Moderate typing and computer skills.
Visual and Auditory skills.
Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
Willingness to learn automated systems and banking processes.
Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills.
