Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team to manage and oversee the Landscape product portfolio
- Support Long Range Planning and Strategic Deployment Planning
- Build, track, and report critical metrics to ensure results
- Plan and implement multiple projects over a fiscal year
- Lead projects from concept to launch through stage gate process
- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project execution
- Recruit and retain outstanding engineering talent and foster career development
Requirements:
- Commutable distance to our Solon, Ohio office
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods, LED lighting product design ideal
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication methods
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a collaborative environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar CAD package
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (<20%); with evening/early morning meetings required to collaborate with international team and suppliers.
Hiring Range: $83,900.00 - $131,890.00
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
