Job Description:
- Manage eHealth’s creative and content strategy, demand generation and retention through omni-channel campaigns targeted at our various audiences and ancillary product lines.
- Drive profitable business growth, increase customer acquisition, and maximize ROI by driving down customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Take an audience-first approach to planning. Find the most motivating and relevant messaging for each customer segment.
- Collaboratively shape and advance the multi-channel consumer journey, successfully move work forward by leading cross-functional delivery teams, and have a passion for contributing to an exceptional team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create an effective audience-first direct to consumer lead generation activities to drive health plan sales through our ecommerce platform and the telesales organization
- Lead and manage internal and external delivery teams and stakeholders to deploy coordinated cross-channel campaigns on time and on budget. (Kick-off meetings, build project roadmaps, host weekly status and performance updates).
- Evaluate and analyze the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.
- Develop an omnichannel audience strategy, leveraging research to create a deep understanding of the unique consumer needs as well as partner with data science for advanced targeting models.
- Revamp our direct-to-consumer media mix, leveraging new multi-touch attribution marketing mix modeling.
- Collaborate with B2B marketing partner to deliver partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.
- Partner with product to create an industry-leading, frictionless experience that drives improved conversion and engagement.
- Partner with customer service and sales to glean insight on needs and pain points that could be addressed in marketing to enhance conversion and retention.
- Follow processes to ensure constant adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with audience research and analysis to develop a pipeline of actionable insights and initiatives for marketing and product experience teams.
Ideal Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of five years of experience in marketing role
- 5-7 years direct response marketing experience in a regulated industry.
- PREFERRED: Demonstrated successful performance and results in the health care sector (Medicare experience preferred).
- Ability to work within defined budgets.
- Demonstrated strength using analytics to drive business decisions.
- Driven and results-orientated.
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Experience building successful, productive cross-functional relationships.
- Experience and comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment, operating at a fast pace and fluid nature to adapt the changing needs of the consumer, the regulatory environment and the business.
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with designers and copywriters to develop content.
