PRIMARY PURPOSE:

AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a Cash Applications Representative at our headquarters in Mountville, Pa. As a Cash Applications Representative, you will be responsible for reconciling our Studios daily billing, payments, and deposits and assisting the cash application team on various duties related to the cash application function. This role will report to the Cash Application Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Daily reconciling of our branches billings, payments and deposits.
• Work with branches on discrepancies to resolution.
• Apply payments: Matching payments to invoices in ERP system in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintaining documentation of payments
• Addressing payment issues and customer inquiries
• Issue miscellaneous credits and debits
• Responsible for sawdust and other misc prepay accounts, ensuring purchases are billed and payments are collected and applied to accounts. Working with internal facilities on these accounts.
• Entering invoices into customer portals to ensure prompt payments
• Follow up on prepay accounts showing unpaid balances
• Other duties as assigned

TRAVEL:

• Less than 5% travel expected

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Strong ability to multi-task and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Proven efficiency to Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate at minimum with Excel

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous Accounts Receivable and or cash application experience
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
• Positive and Verifiable Work History

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3, Dancik, FACTS
