Communicate with other culinary supervisors and managers to ensure efficient service and properly prepared food.
Perform all culinary job functions within immediate area when necessary.

High School Diploma/GED; Associate’s/Technical Degree in Culinary Arts preferred; 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of menu planning, soups, sauces, meat, poultry, and seafood items is required. - Knowledge of Food & Labor costs.
Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.
Basic computer knowledge; ability to operate POS systems.
