The JOB:
The Human Resources Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position will partner with all areas of the hotel and will work alongside the Human Resources Director to help team members achieve their best. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Support all team members with routine, day-to-day HR questions, needs, and inquiries, providing genuine and exceptional service and ensuring you guide our teams to the right resources to ensure a quality and timely solution
· Assist with recruitment, training, onboarding, benefits, recognition and data integrity.
· Provide support with HR projects and other duties as needed.
