CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: 7+ years experience in information technology with technical skills: 5+ years experience with designing and implementing hardware lifecycle models for Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows devices. 3+ years experience designing and implementing endpoint management software (ex. Intune, Workspace One, BigFix) 3+ years experience with designing endpoint solutions that support CIS/NIST standards. Technical infrastructure operations, administration, or engineering background. Additional Preferred Experiences: Demonstrated experience providing technical oversight of third-party resources and vendors. 5+ years experience with hardware product selection globally. 3+ years experience with integrating with PowerBI, ServiceNow, and SIEM technologies. Experience with Design Thinking Experience with SAFE Agile Excellent communication/reporting skills and problem-solving ability. Excellent technical knowledge of current & emerging infrastructure systems & standards. Architects, designs, tests, and implements compliance management solutions and enhancements Provides technical leadership, oversight, governance and direction for contractors and managed service providers related to Marriott solution delivery Documents solutions and performs knowledge transfer via designs, build documents, and run guides to external service providers. Creates and drives development of process and system documentation. Translates and defines Continental IT, Global Procurement, and Business Partners requests into new features, enhancements, or modifications. Conducts reviews of hardware lifecycle to review effectiveness, potential gaps, and documents improvement opportunities Advocates for any needed policy / engineering enhancements. Provides technical expertise to project team for successful project and change implementations Determines customer requirements and works with sourced resources to develop solutions Participates in the evaluation and selection of technology products. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
