Job Abstract

Position Summary: Responsible for following up on leads and working in conjunction with Primary Bankers to attract new customers, manage delinquencies, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Work in tandem with PCB’s and The Concierge Desk to obtain necessary supporting documentation required for underwriting and approval process, as well as ensuring there are no CIP flags.
• Diligently update and maintain internal customer and interest databases.
• Routinely obtain reports on overdrafted deposit accounts and delinquent loan payments, and coordinate with Primary Care Banker on an outreach strategy to clear these.
• Maintain and update database of over loan payments and overdraft accounts, as well as reach out attempts
• Update Anchor reports as appropriate based on follow ups.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports for leadership and PCB’s including past due reports, growth updates, deposit relationship reports, etc.
• Provide general support to PCB’s in customer relationship management.
• Establish, maintain and enhance a referral network for business development opportunities.
• Connect digital customer systems, to unify the data in both the customer resource manager, and loan/deposit origination system.
• Seek opportunities for community outreach in order to bring new and profitable business,
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous banking experience including proven ability in sales and lending

• Knowledge of geographic market and industry economics
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of Panacea products and services
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally including high net worth clients
