Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins CEI; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

HS Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 1-2 years
Experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Ashland, VA are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $18 / hour.

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
