Maintains time and production records.- Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.- Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Performs activities of workers supervised. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and train your people so that they're fully capable of implementing the Company's policies and procedures. Regularly meet with them to evaluate their performance. Establish a yearly educational plan for each employee based on their needs. Perform annual personnel evaluation and recommend goals.
EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak English read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
COMPUTER SKILLS
