CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the Annapolis Junction, Maryland area.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and completion of projects, tasks, or delivery orders as part of a program. Duties include all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's mission, goals, and objectives. Typically reports to the program manager chain of command. Responsible for managing one or more activities, control account, task within a project/program, profit and loss (P&L) responsibility - defined as having direct influence on how company resources are allocated and being accountable for the performance of a self-contained unit delivering on the targets set and within budget by managing costs and revenue.

Manage and maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations.
Consult with Customers to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs and contractual obligations.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and Customers.
Collaborate with CACI management and staff while overseeing the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Take initiative in identifying and acquiring potential business.
More About the Role
Provide direction of program activities.
Keep both Customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments.
Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Must have demonstrated experience performing a full range of program and project management activities, including oral and written communications and formal programmatic documentation.
Must have experience gathering customer requirements and holding technical exchange meetings.
Have experience providing status reporting on all activities and conduct clear and concise stakeholder briefings.
Have experience either directly managing a program transitions, or working with a Transition Manager prior to program execution startup.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Ten (10) years of experience as a Program/Project Manager
Experience serving as a point of contact to a government client
Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership position
Bachelors’ degree preferred
Active TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph within the past 5 years
