Staff Enterprise Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Systems Administrator - Microsoft Technologies, who is solution oriented, comfortable learning and adapting to new technology, and passionate about continuous improvement. If you have experience successfully managing Microsoft technology offerings, we’d like to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Active Directory/AAD, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure subscriptions, Azure OMS, ATP
- Manage Entra connect, SSO technologies like Okta/Auth0. Experience with EMS, MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), conditional access, Device Trust.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Modern management technologies like autopilot, windows hello, Intune MDM/MAM
- Monitor and manage the policies being applied to laptops, mobile devices, helping to ensure the health of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) service, and manage the changes to the MDM infrastructure
- Manage Windows servers on, AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud, VMWare, Azure,
- Manage Microsoft OS, patching and life cycle management, Experience with WSUS. Experience with Windows/Azure security center, vulnerability management and remediation
- Administer Office 365 exchange mail, Exchange hybrid, Spam/Phishing protection, DLP, Valimail DMARC
- Manage SharePoint online. SharePoint migration experience preferred
- Maintain PowerShell scripting and Power Automate Flows
- Develop and document operations processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience working with Infrastructure enterprise technologies such as cloud technology, storage and Windows servers, authentication solutions, disaster recovery, virtualization with a strong understanding of technology architecture in an enterprise environment
- Minimum of eight years of experience with Microsoft products: Azure, Office 365, ADFS, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Phone, Intune EMS, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Internet Information Server, Terminal Server, PowerShell, DNS/DHCP, PKI
- Professional Technology Certification(s) such as MCSE, MCP, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified
- Experience with AWS, Google Suite
- Experience with supporting database (SQL, mySql, oracle) servers, Tableau, Snowflake etc
- Experience with Okta preferred
