This position can be Work From Anywhere in the United States but prefer VA if possible

Position Summary
- This position will support the several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities.
- This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst of work for Network Operations-Intake and triage and provider data assignments.
-Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turn around times.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.

- 1+ years of provider relations or operations experience
- Advanced Excel skills.
- QNXT systems experience required.

- General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.
- Ability to complete to coordinate collaboration sessions.
- Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.


Preferred Qualifications
- Medicaid Implementation knowledge

- Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
- Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
- Strong communication skills.

Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
