Mechanical Technician - Full Time - La Porte (TX), United States

We are looking for a/an Mechanical Technician  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

• Read, understand, and follow drawings and prints
• Tig welding, stick welding experience 5 years minimum.
• Ability to manually round out parts using a hydraulic ram.
• Use precision measurement tools and gauges.
• Willing to provide his own toolbox and hand tools.
• Willing to work and train in a high pace work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Beginner knowledge in mechanical welding and fabrication.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair preferred
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary
