Solar QA/QC Manager Duties & Responsibilities
Daily inspections must be completed with reports and photos.
Must ensure systems meet company standards, per drawings and project specifications.
Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, damage, and safety risks.
Strong ability to mentor and advise other staff on best practices and methods.
Ability to aid in project planning and design as needed.
Manage customer demands and balancing speed with quality while meeting deadlines.
Identify, analyze, monitor, and control project risks and report to management.
Travel to project sites to oversee construction, advise customers, and occasionally assist with service of product.
Solar QA/QC Manager Qualifications
5-10 years QA/QC Solar Management Experience on large-scale utility projects.
Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
Preferred ISA Certifications or Certifications related to Quality Control.
Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated track record of job-site safety excellence.
Experience building relationships with owners and clients.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
