Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in food service management, culinary arts, nutrition or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, plus a minimum of two years of experience in food service management.
Certifications/Licenses	Have a driver’s license. Requires ServSafe Certification.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and computer literacy in industry standard software. Must be able to work at variety of locations and work a flexible schedule including extended daily hours, weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift and carry food, equipment and beverage items.
Preferred Qualifications	Four years of experience in the food service management preferred.
Equipment Utilized	Familiarity with RIAS HCM, Kronos Timekeeper, Absence Reporting System, FoodPro desired.
Physical Demands and Work Environment	Requires use of a personal vehicle. Must be able to lift and carry food, equipment and beverage items. Must be able to work at variety of locations and work a flexible schedule including extended daily hours, weekends, or during recesses.
