The successful Food & Beverage Cleaner will perform detailed cleaning tasks in both front of the house and back of the house areas of our vessels, in order to provide a clean and sanitary environment for both shipmates and guests.
About You:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Front of the House (FOH)
• Routine and deep cleaning of all FOH areas, including but not limited to floors/carpets, bus stations, bar areas, windows, etc.
• Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed; this requires movement of dining cabin furniture - Back of the House (BOH)
• Routine and deep cleaning of all BOH areas, including but not limited to floors, kitchen prep areas, kitchen cooking surfaces, ovens, kitchen equipment, etc.
• Operate dish machine- ensure all dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored appropriately
• Ensure that dishwasher is in proper working order—responsible for routine cleaning of equipment and refilling chemicals as needed
• Test and document dish machine temperature and sanitizer daily - Additional job duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Prior cleaning/janitorial experienced preferred
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be detail-oriented
