What you will do-
As the Sourcing Manager, you will partner with the IT leadership team and functional spend owners to deliver improved cost and service levels. You will work on improving processes and systems to enable improved speed to execution while developing and driving enterprise-wide spend leverage strategies, including strategic supplier development in order to act as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with the IT leadership team, including IT VP’s, as well as functional spend owners to develop and execute sourcing strategies which support global IT business requirements
- Lead/support supplier sourcing activities for the IT category, specific activities include: Data collection and spend analysis, market research, the RFx process, negotiations, contracting, implementation and continuous improvement
- Deliver consistent year-over-year savings by leveraging over $500M annual global IT spend
- Develop and implement supplier category strategies and best practices for the IT category team
- Develop and advance procurement professional talent
What you need-
- Bachelor’s degree - required
- 8+ years relevant working experience - required
- Experience developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts, including supply and service agreements - required
- Subject matter expert level experience in IT indirect procurement categories - require
$112,800.00 - $239,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
