Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Psychiatric to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care and support, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse – Psychiatric, you will provide high-quality care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health unit. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient and family education on mental health conditions and treatment options
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Qualifications:

Degree/Education:

• Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Experience:

• Possess twelve months of experience within the preceding twenty-four months working in an inpatient behavioral health unit.

Licensure/Registration:

• Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
