Sr. Program Administrator

Job Purpose:

The Program Administrator will provide customer support for a portfolio of accounts with varying degrees of complexity. The Program Administrator will support sales, customer and plants to include, but not limited to:

Nature of Duties:

Entry of data in Customer Service software programs - SCC quoting system, smart vault, Filezilla, RMA System, ORACLE, etc...
Write up new orders, Change Orders and assist in RMA processing.
Facilitate customer to plant discussions with regard to problem solving.
Post shipment follow up i.e. shipment information and payment resolution, status reports.

Education and Experience:

5+ years customer service experience.
Computer Skills - Oracle a plus, Excel intermediate skills necessary, 10 key by touch/fax/printers.
Fluent in Microsoft Office (emphasis with Excel).
Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range (annual): $55,000 - $69,500
