Job Responsibilities:
- Project Administrator shall work under the supervision and/or direction of the plant equipment Project Managers.
- Act as liaison between the company and the customer.
- Work with external/internal customer to ensure optimal contract performance, performance of various administrative tasks related to contract costs management, shipments, team reports, executive communications and schedule performance metrics.
- Additional tasks include, but aren't limited to, aiding in the prioritization of contract activities and providing the corresponding direction to supporting department personnel to expedite limiting activities.
- Candidate will be required to work closely with other technical disciplines, as required, to fulfill customer's requests for information and overall contract needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6-8 years' experience in equivalent job with relevant functions.
- Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Successfully obtaining a security clearance is required.
- Must be a citizen of the United States and only the United States.
