Job Abstract

Le'fant is currently seeking a Jr. Program (Project) Manager for a program that provides integrated strategic communications and change management support for technology modernization initiatives throughout different stages of the program/project lifecycle.

A Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of experience is required or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

A Junior Program (Project) Manager must have experience managing Agency\enterprise-wide change management and\or strategic communication engagements. Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies. Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks.
