As a Sales Order Processor, you'll handle various tasks such as:
Processing and confirming purchase orders from customers/wholesalers using our SAP system
Providing product information, pricing, and order details via phone, email, fax, or EDI
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Reviewing and correcting part numbers and pricing on purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail
Coordinating shipments and communicating with freight carriers to ensure optimal pricing
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records of all orders
Qualified candidates should have customer service experience.
