Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay $21.00 per hour

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Utilization Management Coordinator to join the team of a large, well know Medical Group.! You will be responsible for answering call, assisting customers with scheduling appointments, answering customer questions and gathering pertinent information.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a friendly manner

Schedule appointments

Work with doctor office to obtain prior authorizations

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:

1+ years customer service experience

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Bachelors degree preferred
