SHIFT/HOURS: Monday to Friday shift with the hours of 7:00am – 3:30pm
Coordinates activities associated with isolation and destruction of unsuitable plasma received in the Plasma Logistic Center (PLC). Ensures the removal and/or capture of available unsuitable plasma units prior to shipments.
Communicates with donor center management on a frequent basis to verify that information provided is accurate and sufficient for the purpose of identifying and locating target plasma units.
Receives, logs and files incoming lookback alerts. Maintains documentation of active and closed alerts. Ensures all documentation from donor center is legible and correct.
Ensures plasma units identified in the lookback alert that are part of the in-house inventory at the PLCs are marked for removal in inventory control system.
Functions as liaison with internal and external customers, providing all necessary information as to target plasma unit identification / location for the purpose of enabling removal / destruction at remote locations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
Must have at least 1 year clerical experience.
Working knowledge of proprietary software and Microsoft Word and Excel. Should be able to communicate well verbally and in writing, with focus on the ability to influence internal groups to correct or provide information in urgent manner. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and must have the ability to evaluate situations in terms of potential risks and make recommendations to minimize, deter or eliminate. Must be detail oriented.
Must be available to work extended hours to fulfill requirements of processing lookback alerts.
BENEFITS
The hourly rate range for the Lookback Specialist role based in City of Industry, CA is $19.00 - $23.38/hr
Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool

Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, where the role is performed, internal equity and market data
