The Manager, Marketing Operations will be part of the Integrated Marketing Team. This individual will be responsible for increasing the operational efficiency of the Marketing org and aligning our organizational structure and staffing to the capabilities required by the Marketing Strategy.

This role reports into the Head of Marketing Operations.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Work on strategic projects to support business transformation, enhance current and build new operating capabilities, elevate efficiencies across marketing processes, and executive core marketing operations activities
Transformation: Support mission-critical transformation projects aligned to business needs and focused on optimizing Marketing's structure and improving operational efficiencies
Coordinate across the pillars of marketing to identify any procurement/supplier needs, as well as downfalls in processes to regularly stay in front of this across all cross-functional and internal touchpoints
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements,
Support on P&L report out for LOBs monthly
Support business impact analysis, supporting the marketing planning process
Deliverables:
Manage and track all contracts across marketing organization. Includes but is not limited to: data initiation, date of termination, date of expiration, value and associated other documentation
Evaluate supplier proposals for perspectives to secure favorable terms and pricing
Maintain accurate records of supplier activities and expenditures in partnership with finance/budget coordinator
Manage the deal sheet process (collection of information, routing with leadership, adjustment of documentation)
Maintain contracting timelines by project to ensure accountability by all cross functional departments
Maintain department status document across Operations
Core Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in business, suppler management or related field
Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
Make the complex simple
Self-starter with the confidence and ability to tackle new initiatives with little guidance
Ability to take initiate and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing complete lifecycles with efficiency for project teams of ~20 people
Procurement/Contract based- experience with legal and procurement processes, experiencing project managing contract renewals and renegotiations
Strong project management experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with the ability to understand and communicate difficult concepts
A highly motivated, collaborative team player

Annual Salary
$127,000.00 - $207,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
