Professionals receiving a doctoral degree in psychology should be capable of extending psychological knowledge and exhibiting the high level of analytic skills and theoretical understanding needed to use existing and emerging psychological knowledge.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Serves as senior leadership for the CSP under the leadership of the Senior Program Coordinator. Helps to oversee day-to-day program operations and planning the annual program calendar. Provides supervision services to staff and graduate student interns. Oversees the CSP Peer Mentor Program. Provides direct support to CSP students. Provides general oversight for all other tasks necessary to the functioning of the program.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology or a related field.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Excellent communication skills. High level of attention to detail. Strong computer literacy skills. Ability to manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications	Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Special Education or a related field from an approved university/college. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis/Behavior Management and/or ABA Certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working to support individuals with autism or other students with specialized support needs.
