We're hiring an Encompass System Administrator to join our Mortgage Banking Team. Responsibilities The Encompass System Administrator will work closely with Mortgage leadership and is responsible for providing technical support as well as applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and assist users of the platform. Providing a high level of professionalism, the Encompass System Administrator will interact with employees in various positions and departments. The Encompass Administrator is also responsible for supporting strategic and tactical organizational initiatives through software development, enhancement, maintenance, and analytics within the Encompass system. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, investigate, and provide ongoing support to users Performs on-boarding & off-boarding duties and manages user profiles Provides recommendations for process improvements Along with business leaders, assists in managing a system change process Create & Develop new forms, workflows, business rules Maintains user guides, job aids, and procedures Conducts day-to-day system monitoring for data integrity Performs testing, training, QA, or other special projects as needed Manages vendor relationships for the Mortgage division All other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience with Encompass is required and must be Encompass system certified Encompass development expert Mastery of Business Rules: Field Triggers, Field Data Entry, Milestone Completion Mastery of System Audit Trail Mastery of Encompass Admin Tools: Settings Manager, Reporting Database, External Reporting Database Experience managing Encompass WebCenter Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to correspond concisely through email is required Ability to build and maintain solid relationships/partnerships with customers and staff across all segments. Skilled at working independently without the need for supervision. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. SharePoint experience, a plus.
