Cintas is seeking a Fleet Mechanic - 2nd Shift to manage the safety and efficiency of a location's vehicle fleet. At Cintas, we pride ourselves on the professional appearance and maintenance of our fleet and on providing vehicle safety for our team of Route Drivers. Responsibilities include moving trucks at the facility or vendor; providing on-site repairs of company vans, as well as gasoline and diesel trucks, including: oil and fluid changes, tune-ups and major service repairs; and state and Department of Transportation compliance inspections.
Required
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements (US), qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
- Have an active driver’s license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
Preferred
- 3-5 years' experience as a truck mechanic

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with New York local city or state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
The base salary generally ranges between $31.67 - $38.63/Hour. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
