The Evergreen Opportunity Academy is a small learning environment that supports both the academic and social-emotional needs of the students. The teacher of the program will be supporting students who may have academic or credit deficiencies, social and emotional concerns impeding success, poor attendance, and/or behavior concerns impeding success. The framework for the Evergreen Opportunity Academy is a growth mindset that includes significant social and emotional support through targeted curriculum and instruction and an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) that monitors academic, social, and emotional benchmarks of progress identified by the student, parent/guardian, and school allies and supporters.
