We are an established and well balanced team looking for a dedicated, friendly, detail oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator. This is a full-time position, working 4-days/week, Monday-Thursday. As a Dentl Front Office Coordiator, you will be responsible for a variety of duties daily that include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling patients
• Verifying insurance
• Collecting patients co-pays
• Patient collections
• Assisting with entering patient demographic information into PMS (Denticon)
• Keeping front office tidy and waiting room clean
• Providing a high level of service to parents in the waiting room

• One or more years in a dental or medical front office setting
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
