Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Designer to join our team at Xumo, to help us extend our brand and visual identity in all consumer touchpoints, including advertisements, product marketing, instore and packaging artwork, social media, sales and training materials and more. As the Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to life Xumo’s visual identity in meaningful and relatable ways to our customers by owning and operating within a design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This role will create specifications and provide recommendations to clarify and evolve brand guidelines for internal teams and partners to adhere to, while serving as a vocal advocate for maintaining a consistent brand vision. Other responsibilities include understanding the complexities of various customer journey endpoints and partner relationships to proactively develop solutions that seamlessly integrate into and make these experiences clearer. You’ll be instrumental in crafting simple and delightful moments that raise awareness of our brand and enhance our customers' enjoyment by designing elements for everything Xumo.
Comcast and Charter Communications will form a 50/50 joint venture that will bring our world-class Flex streaming platform, 4K streaming devices, voice remote and XClass TVs nationwide. You will want to join our innovative team, because together we will develop and offer consumers a next-generation streaming platform, with a world-class user experience and navigation and all the top apps, bringing more choice to the streaming marketplace. Comcast also will contribute XUMO to the joint venture, our free ad-supported service that currently delivers more than 200 unique streaming channels and features hundreds of free content choices.

Additional Information/Responsibilities:
- Experience with Figma & Adobe CC required. Video & 3D programs experience preferred.
- Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA or Irvine, CA-- 4 days/week & 1 day remote

Core Responsibilities
- Specializes in strategy and design, helping drive the support and future development of the Xumo design system across brand and marketing and brand and visual identity guidelines.
- Collaborates on and oversees the design for external digital communications and tactics.
- Leads projects across brand marketing team to support ongoing brand development, advertising, digital, social and more.
- Reviews competing branding and recommends design solutions that differentiate the organization's design from those of competitors.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation
This job can be performed in California with a Pay Range of $127,533.65 - $199,995.95
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
