Position Highlights:
- Collegial group practice with a large referral base.
- Accountable for taking care of patients and completing all clinical responsibilities.
- Provides multidisciplinary team coordination services to the assigned areas.
- The incumbent provides independent judgment in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan.

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process.
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Podiatry.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $267,688 to $384,776 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
