Please include supervisory responsibilities. 1. Stock all bars with mixing and serving supplies. Ensure that bartenders have all required supplies. 2. Ensure that liquor bottles are full and appropriate back-ups are in the place. 3. Fill ice dispensers as needed throughout shift. 4. Stock all beer and wine. 5. Clean and secure glassware throughout the shift. 6. Stock backup garnishes, juices, and other mixers. 7. Maintain a clean and organized storeroom. 8. Perform appropriate side work. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Food service experience preferred. Good communication skills required for guest and staff interactions. Licenses/Certifications Food Handler’s card, Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required.
