Job Abstract

A rapidly growing science-based skincare company in Mission Viejo is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to assist in their warehouse operations. This individual is responsible for performing the tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, and supplies.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, with pay starting at $19 to $20/hour, based on experience. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some overtime possibly on Saturdays. 

Shipping/Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

• Checking goods received against purchase order or invoices
• Preparing and maintains records of merchandise received and shipped
• Putting stock away in the warehouse or preparing for shipment
• Managing inventory of products stored in the warehouse; ensuring inventory accuracy
• Updating computer system (SAP and QuickBooks) with shipping and receipt activity

Shipping/Receiving Clerk Requirements:

• Must know how to communicate by email
• Experience with FedEx software manager
• Shipping experience – 3 years min
• Have a sense of urgency
