ROLE DESCRIPTION:
SAP NS2 is a fully separate subsidiary of SAP which was originally created to serve the needs of the US Security Agencies. Since its inception, SAP NS2 has continued to expand its offerings and now proudly serves US customers who have a strong security focus. In addition to Federal and Defense customers, SAP NS2 serves State & Local, Utility, and Commercial customers with their expanded portfolio of Secure Cloud Solutions. The SAP NS2 portfolio now includes Secure HANA Cloud (HEC), S/4 HANA Cloud EX, Business Objects STE, Integrated Business Planning, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors.
With the explosion in demand for secure cloud offerings, SAP NS2 is looking to immediately fill an opening for a Secure Cloud Solutions Manager for Commercial West. You will work closely with the SAP NS2 and SAP License organizations, SAP NS2 and SAP Consulting and Delivery counter-parts, customers and partners to ensure the overall success of the sale and implementation of SAP NS2 Cloud Solutions and are expected to significantly contribute to the overall success of the customer relationship.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
In this role, you’ll generate demand for SAP NS2’s Cloud offerings, develop opportunity execution plans, identify key team members and resources needed to properly scope the project(s) to meet client needs and SAP NS2 business parameters, and manage the customer relationship(s) from initial discussions to close of deal. This role will align to both growth and existing SAP NS2 accounts. A key component to your success will be working to identify net new opportunities, as well as maintaining any existing account assignments. In order to develop a strong revenue backlog and individual annuity, territory planning, account development and lead generation are critical components to success.
Incumbent will work closely with license, LOB and back office teams to deliver holistic, value based business outcomes. Additional responsibilities will include forecasting to a 3x pipeline for future accounts, accurate and timely reporting in CRM & other appropriate systems, and managing accounts receivables for your individual account portfolio.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
This is a Senior level pursuit leadership role and requires a seasoned professional with varied career experiences including at least 8 plus years of Sales and Account Management experience. Experience should also include a strong track record of new account development, territory building and quota performance.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- BA/BS or comparable is strongly preferred
- Must be a driven sales professional and have strong capabilities in:
- Quota Attainment/Account Planning
- Pursuit Leadership
- 8 plus years of experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 247700 - 421100(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
