The HR Generalist will play a key role in our human resources department by handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
Administer day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring efforts.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
