Key Responsibilities:
Clean, prepare, and paint machinery, machine parts, or castings based on verbal instructions or written orders.
Remove small guards, cover plates, and other components as needed for complete painting.
Mask and cover areas that are not to be painted.
Set up and operate portable spraying equipment, mixing paint as required.
Perform inventory counts as necessary to ensure adequate supply levels.
Tools and Equipment You'll Use:
Spray painting apparatus, paint brushes, wire brush, scraper
Wrench, screwdriver, power-driven and chain hoists
Portable or hand sander, drop cloths, ladder
Powder coating apparatus, sand blaster, grinder
Hand truck, tow motor, chain hoists

What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an industrial painter.
Familiarity with the use of painting tools and equipment listed above.
Ability to follow detailed instructions, both verbal and written.
Basic inventory management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and moving equipment.
