Implement the SMS chat channel for the Zoom Contact Center. Assess tasks from Project Management (PM)/User Experience (UX) and provide technical feedback. Develop database architecture design for the tasks. Implement test scripts for the back-end Application Program Interface (API). Troubleshoot production issues and complete fixes or enhancements. Design and implement service monitoring systems.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science related information system, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 1 years of experience in: Core Java; Java Spring Boot; AWS - Amazon Web Service; Restful API; Microservice Framework; Kubernatetes; Database - SQL; and Python. Telecommuting work permitted: position may work throughout various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
