Objectives of this role
- Coordination and training of on-site staff for all PRIME events that are held in various cities and states
- This position is based out of Baton Rouge, LA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day to day operations of multiple on-site events at the clients request
- Responsible for the management of all scheduling, staffing, finalized charts, and billing for the event.
- Daily or weekly meetings with clients regarding new or existing services
- Responsible for the effective work flow at the site
- Report on results of services and client satisfaction
- Prepare estimates, budgets and detailed plans for all phases of the on-site event
- Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews
- Train staff to ensure on-site services provided are delivered in accordance with PRIME’s policies and procedures, the worksite and or clinic guidelines.
- Coordinate all Alcohol and Drug Use (ADU) testing services, vaccines, vision and hearing tests and ensure all are in accordance at the on-site event.
- Establish work schedules and assignments of staff according to on-site events
- Ensure all required supplies and equipment are available/ordered in advance of the start of the event
- Review and implement all policies and procedures
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all client records and documentation
- Confirm maintenance of equipment has been scheduled and completed
- May be required to travel with overnight stay
- May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays
- Other duties as assigned
Required certification, skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a clinic setting and/or as a on-site supervisor
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and efficiency
- Time management
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant with 5 years of experience
- Working knowledge of Systoc
- Working knowledge of Paylocity
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 100 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
