Job Abstract

We are seeking a skilled Metal Building Erector to join our construction team. The candidate will need to have experience in metal building erection and a strong understanding of construction processes. Buildings to include, however not limited to Pre-Manufactured Buildings and Red Iron buildings.

- Erect metal buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Install metal framing, roofing, and siding
- Assemble and secure metal components using hand and power tools
- Ensure structures are plumb, level, and structurally sound
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site

- Previous experience in metal building erection or related construction field
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Familiarity with a variety of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of concrete finishing, roofing, electrical work, and hardscape is a plus
